Devoted daughter of the late Genevieve and the late Charles F. Dziak. Dear sister of Charles F. Dziak and Robert F. (Mary) Dziak.  Fond aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Visitation Sunday 3:00 – 8:00 PM at Friedrichs Funeral Home, 320 W. Central Rd., at Northwest Hwy., Mt. Prospect. Funeral Monday    9:00 AM from the Funeral Home to St. Juliana Church, Chicago for Mass at  10:00  AM.

Interment All Saint. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Seasons Hospice.
